Famous TV chef Trond Moi has had a lot of restaurants during the years. Many have gone, but fortunately some are still here. The Stavanger branch of the chain has a great location on the tip of the Norwegian Petroleum Museum. Here you can enjoy lunch and dinner both inside and in a very cool outdoor area by the water. Some of the tables outside is placed under some huge circular pavillions, others directly by the water with a great view of the marina and maritime settlement area Grasholmbrygga and further to the district of Hundvåg. Inside, many of the tables following the wall between the restaurant and the museum. There is also a window section overlooking the outdoor area and the museum entrance. For lunch, you can enjoy several sandwiches and salads like Skagensandwich or Cesar Salad, moules, fish and shellfish soup, and a daily seafood and meat dish. In the evening they serve a six course menu accompanied by a wine menu, where you can pick from three to six of the courses. This menu changes, but can as an example contain scallops, Hake, veal and a selection of cheeses.
