NB Sørensen is a restaurant house located in an old
wooden building at Skagenkaien at the eastern side of
Vågen. Here you will find two restaurants and a bar, ll in
the high end segment of restaurants in Stavanger.
NB Sørensen Mat & Vin is located at the ground floor of
the building. The food here is described as continental
and straightforward with the high temperature Josper
grill in focus. On the menu many of the dishes are
prepared onthe grill, like pork belly, burgers, todays cut
of meat. From the sea: turbot, scallops, halibut, fish soup
and Skagensalad.
Restaurant Annen Etage is a fine dining restaurant with
Runar Helgeland, a rising star as head chef. With his
team, he creates a five courses seasonal menu with the
best local food available.
In the bar, you can enjoy drinks and cocktails from all
over the world.
